Entry titles are repeated at the beginning of each entry, with the addition of any applicable abbreviations.
Immediately below the repeated entry title the type of entry is specified in brackets, i.e., [abbrev.], [almanach], [gazetteer], [glossary], [orbatt], [personality], [registry], &tc.
The titles of entries about individual people are the name by which the person was most commonly known, with later names preferred to earlier names, and full names preferred to partial names or nicknames. Titles, such as military ranks or titles of nobility, are omitted from entry titles. Entries' titles about people are in the form of "Family Name, Personal Name(s)".
Unless the name of the entry contains a proper noun, only the first word will be capitalized.
Entries about a world (Centre or Braithwaite) have the text "(world)" appended to their entry title. This is to distingush between (for example) the Harris (system), Harris Barony, Harris Prefecture, Harris (world), and House Harris.
Similarly, entries about Sectors or Subsectors are titled "X Sector" (e.g. ____ Sector) or "X Subsector" (e.g. ___ Subsector).
